The Madinah Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship (MILE) brings senior executives and high potential leaders from all over the world to discover new dimensions in leadership and management practices and help them grow in their careers. MILE is a non-profit institution that aims at building leadership and entrepreneurial excellence in the Arab and Muslim world. MILE was initiated as one of Savola Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility programs; however, it grew to be a collaborative initiative that attracted the contributions and support of many companies, academic institutions, research &consulting organizations and professional groups. As of now MILE programs have been attended by top executives from more than 500 companies around the globe and have attracted above 700 participants from more than 25 countries.
MILE aspires to become among the world’s top 100 executive education institutions by 2020.
